There are 134 companies on the list in Shenzhen, and Neoway Technology is on the list. In 2019, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology officially launched the specialized and new "little giant" enterprise cultivation program. 1832 companies have been identified as national-level specialized and new "little giants", involving the new generation of information technology, advanced manufacturing, new energy, new materials, biomedicine, and other mid-to-high-end industrial fields.

"Specialized and new" enterprises are evaluated according to four types of enterprises: specialization, refinement, characteristic, and novelty. Through cultivation and promotion of their healthy growth, they will eventually become "giants" in the industry or in the region. Specialized and new "little giant" enterprises are among the outstanding ones and are pioneering enterprises. They adhere to professional development strategies, and are enterprises with market segmentation, strong innovation capabilities, high market share, mastery of key core technologies, and excellent quality and efficiency. Among these small- and medium-sized enterprises, the "little giants" are also known as "hidden champions" with expertise, creativity, and achievements in segmentation fields.
